Organic Pumpkin Sorghum Swirl- Vanilla Bean custard, swirled with Pumpkin Puree, baked in a traditional buttered Graham Cracker crust. Finished with salted pepita seeds, puree and Spiced Satin Chocolate mousse of Ginger, Cardamom, Vanilla and a hint of cinnamon.

Milk Chocolate Tapped Stout- Creamy Milk Chocolate Stout Custard, baked in a Chocolate cookie Crust. Trimmed with Cocoa nibs and Chocolate Shavings.  Topped with smooth Milk Chocolate Whipped Ganache.

Key Lime- Vanilla Bean and Key Lime White Chocolate custard. Baked in a Traditional Butter Graham Cracker crust. Topped with a Whipped White Chocolate Mousse, lime House made lime candies and sliced Fresh Lime.

Vanilla Bean- Plain Custard with Blueberry-Lemon Lavender compote.

Pecan Chocolate Caramel- Chocolate Chip Vanilla Custard. Finished in Toasted Pecans, Coffee caramel, semisweet chocolate chips and Dark Chocolate Ganache.

Raspberry Compote- Raspberry Compote Custard. Traditional Crust and Raspberry gel to finish the top.


Carrot - Ginger and Cinnamon Spiced Tri Colored Carrot and Toasted walnut Layers, Brushed in a vanilla Syrup with Vanilla Cream Cheese icing and Toasted walnuts.

White Chocolate Mocha - White Chocolate buttercream. Diablo coffee syrup, Brushed vanilla Bean White Cake layers. Finished with Dark Chocolate Shavings, White Chocolate and espresso Mousse.

Lemon Blueberry - Vanilla Lemon cake, sliced and filled with lemon Curd, brushed in lemon syrup, lemon curd and Vanilla Bean buttercream icing, macerated Blueberries with lavender. Finished with Lemon Candies and fresh Berries.

Peanut Butter Caramel Apple, Chocolate- Black Cocoa cake layers Brushed in our Diablo Coffee Syrup, and Caramel Apple Syrup, Sandwiched with Natural Peanut Butter American Buttercream, Swirled with Dolche de leche, candied peanuts and Compressed Caramel Gala Apples. Decorated with like ingredients.

Strawberry Funfetti Birthday- Vanilla Bean White Cake, Brushed with Strawberry simple Syrup, and sandwiched together with Vanilla -Almond hinted Festive Sprinkled Buttercream, and Fresh Strawberries

Death By Chocolate-Rich Robust Black Cocoa cake layers, hinted with coffee, Brushed in Coffee Syrup, Layered together with Espresso Dark Chocolate Mousse, and Finished with Deep Dark Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Shavings.

Tropical Mango- Vanilla Lemon cake layers, brown Sugar Grapefruit Curd, brushed with a mango Pineapple lemon Syrup, 1 Brulee Cheesecake layer insert. Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate- Dolche De leche Butter Cream with Portuguese Sea salt, Black Cocoa cake layers brushed in caramel Syrup, Sandwiched with the buttercream and Swirled with Dolche de leche. Finished with Chocolate Shavings.

Chocolate Funfetti- Vanilla bean with a hint of Almond Sprinkled Icing, Swirled with Dark Chocolate Ganache and stacked on Black Cocoa Cake Layers. Sprinkled with Chocolate Chips and a blanket of ganache.

Orange Blueberry Thyme- Vanilla Sponge Cake, Sliced and swirled with Orange Curd, Layers brushed with Blueberry syrup. Sandwiched with an Orange Cream Cheese Icing, swirled with Lavender Macerated Blueberries, Fresh Thyme. Finished with Orange Candies.

Coffee Red Velvet- light cocoa, Red Velvet with a hint of coffee in the cake layer, Espresso Cream Cheese icing, and a coffee Cheesecake center. Finished in Cocoa Nibs and garnished with our house espresso bean to accent. ** This is for 3 layer cakes only.*

Honey Crisp Apple Spice- Sliced Honey Crisp Apples, tossed in Vanilla sugar And Fall spices, of cardamom, cinnamon, Ginger and fresh nutmeg. Baked Open face with streusel.

Buttermilk Pie- Custard style, Tangy Vanilla Buttermilk, make this pie Shine. Baked in a deep-dish Style open face sugar Crackled top.

Southern Pecan- Tossed Pecans, and Molasses make this pie Rich, with a little secret we add to bring the balance. It will take you back to scratch made pies your Grandma didn't even knowhow to bake.****Best served Room Temperature with a chilled, Soft Hand Whipped Cream.****

Sorghum Pumpkin Pie- Hints of Toasted cinnamon, allspice and vanilla, Pumpkin Puree, malted milk Cream. Finished with a Cinnamon Citrus Meringue.

Our bakeshop specializes in handmade cakes and confections for birthdays, special occasions and weddings using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Our bakers can work with you on flavors etc. Please note that we do not make logo, character cakes or use fondant.


Please allow 48-72 hour notice on all special orders. Call for in-house selection availability for last minute needs.


Our cakes taste best at room temperature. If you need to store your cake overnight, keep cake in box and wrap tightly in plastic and store in refrigerator. Place at room temperature setting at least 1 ½ hours before event. Re-wrap leftovers and refrigerate.
